He was used as a bait dog, abandoned to a fence in someone’s backyard, alone and slowly ending! Marco’s story is one of the worst cases of animal cruelty. He was left with severe bites all over his body and legs, and he was all alone, slowly succumbing to his injuries.
If it weren’t for the Stray Rescue of St. Louis, Marco wouldn’t be alive today. The organization took him in and provided him with months of medical treatment. He was on an IV, antibiotics, and other medications for a long time. But despite all the pain he went through, Marco still loves and trusts humans.
It is heartwarming to see how much love Marco has to give even after all he has been through. He still looks to humans for love and affection, and he never holds grudges. His resilience is truly remarkable.
